CultureSpace, formerly CBI Group, is a Texas-based workspace design firm with over 40 years of experience in corporate interiors and culture-driven office environments. With four contract furniture showrooms across Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston, the brand needed to reflect its evolution into a national partner for enterprise clients.
The new name and positioning centered on a core belief: that space shapes culture. This strategic shift clarified CultureSpace’s role in shaping organizational environments and set the foundation for national growth.
Identity System
We created a scalable visual identity system and digital platform designed for clarity, warmth, and adaptability. The redesigned website grouped office furniture solutions by cultural intent—like collaboration, focus, or innovation—making it a strategic tool for HR, real estate, and operations teams.
Touchpoints across signage, packaging, and showroom experiences were unified under the new CultureSpace identity—built to support B2B sales, proposal development, and brand storytelling.
Business Impact
Since rebranding in May 2024, CultureSpace has won contracts with Fortune 500 clients including PepsiCo, Caterpillar, and Valero. The updated brand has helped drive new business, support recruiting efforts, and expand market share across the U.S.
Now recognized as one of San Antonio’s Best Places to Work, CultureSpace has grown to over 120 employees and continues to expand its portfolio of workspace transformation projects nationwide. The identity system reinforces the company’s value as a culture-first workspace strategy partner.
